1. Electrical fittings are poor quality. 2. While there are so many parks, off-late old people sit in all park and stop kids from playing !! 3. Public transport is bad. It's best if you have your own car. 4. Some roads leading to seven lamps is broken (for a while now) but no action yet taken.

Multiple parks & play area: Three big parks, two open badminton court, Maintenance of park and cleanliness is top notch , swing area, one walled tennis ground, place to skate. It's perfect for kids

Good Construction quality of buildings. Good security. Well spaced buildings. Good maintaenance by enviro. No seepage. Spacious designs. Football and cricket academy nearby(just adjacent).
