Well secured with a good security staff and cctv cameras are installed good space for parking your cars. green belt is also there for children. it is fully safe and environment is also good. All people living here are familiar and good in behaviour

the society is not connected to metro. the metro station is around 10 kms from the society. it has a limited parking space. the rent is high and the fixed electricity charges are high too. outside the premises there are frequent traffic jams and the road outside is not well maintained. there are a lot of potholes.

It is a gated community, it is pet friendly and very clean. community dogs are well treated. the society has a very big club house which is well maintained. it has an indoor pool and a big gym.

It's good to live. Being a tenant, i have got good support from all Vatika CIty members. Even before that I have been for so many society as well but i love it as it is in the range and owner is good as well

Well the lift needs to be repaired or replace and need a playground for all. We need to improve our park and plant more trees and need a space for a car parking as well and we need a temple in society as there is no temple
