Market nearby, easy conveyance availability, the metro is a little bit far, malls at walking distances, and it is very safe at late night, also people are very helping here.

There are too many stray dogs in this locality and they keep disturbing toddlers and older people. At times, this place might seem like it's too crowded. The roads are almost always full of vehicles. There have been occasional chain snatching and mugging incidents reported at night. Burglary is also a huge problem here.

This locality is literally at the centre of Noida and everything connects from here. Cabs and autos are available easily, metro station is nearby, the roads are maintained really well. There is police patrolling almost every day and the crimes reported are relatively lesser than other locations. There are parks as well.
