Amazing place to invest for returns, already fetching good rent, and even better to stay in the middle of Gurgaon and still amidst greenery, zero pollution.

Everything is quite good - location, facilities, quality of construction, rental.

Everything is good - quality, peaceful life, elegant neighbours, construction and facilities - gym, pool, parks etc. Good power n water 24x7. Amazing Hills and farm views. A little far currently, but soon getting connecting thru SPR and Kherki toll in process of shifting. Good life overall.
