The sector road is bad. Long streches of land are lying vacant with occasional labour movement. Vatika Town square is the nearest proper market, Small retail stores nearby.

The School and collage are 1 km distance and shopping mall are 500 m distance and all big company are nearly 3 km under and this area are safe and well environment. And ubber cab rapido is easly available and public transport is also.

Sec-86 is a good area of gurgaon it is developing with a very fast rate ,there are many supermarkets and malls near this sector which are going to open soon and some are already open and functioning well,hygiene and environment is also good ,the very positive point is traffic there is no traffic you can easily enjoy rides without any traffic roads are also broad.this is a very good residential area all the facilities of transport available from here .this is verry good place with respect to safety also there is no crime or any other this type of things in this area .lastly it's a very good place for everyone .
