Incorporated on 23rd August 2006, Hero Realty is a private limited company and the real estate unit of the Hero Enterprise. The company has been registered in Delhi at the Registrar of Companies. Owing to the company’s customer-centric overture, top-notch innovations, and emphasis on reliability and sustainability, Hero Realty has been among the top market leaders in a multitude of categories.

The company’s shared capital is around Rs. 430.00 crores as well as its paid-up capital is approximately Rs. 400.26 crores.  The owned or leased property is involved in its real estate activities, which include renting, buying, and selling of non-residential buildings, dwellings, apartments, developing real estate, branching real estates into various other categories, and so on. Revenue, Growth, & Sales 

With 15 years of experience in real estate and renting, Hero Realty Private Limited has seen some significant changes in revenue, sales, growth, and development. The company’s operating revenue range is from INR 1 crore to INR 100 crores for the fiscal year that ended in March 2017. 

In 2018, it was reported that the company intimidated into the Delhi-NCR property market by investing approximately Rs. 900 crore for the next 4 years. The project ‘Hero Homes – World of Wellness’ was the first project of the company in Delhi-NCR. The primary aim of the project was to build 9-acre premium housings in Sector 104 on Dwarka Expressway. The CEO of the company, Nagaraju Routhu said that the company would create around 1,00 flats under this project, out of which 300 units have already been launched in the first phase. The starting price of the flats was Rs. 68 lakhs. 

To date, the company has already developed around 230 acres of industrial parks and 150 acres of residential sectors in Haridwar. Besides, it has also developed approximately 6 million square feet in Gurugram, Ludhiana, and Mohali under the name ‘Hero Homes’.

Hero Realty invested around 900 crores on housing projects on Dwarka Expressway. It is the company’s very first project in Delhi NCR. Besides, the company is also developing projects in Mohali and Ludhiana, after completing its projects in Haridwar.
